Key Job Responsibilities

  • Focusing on growing and developing new business.
  • Establishes productive and professional relationships with key personnel (stakeholder and executive sponsors) in assigned customer accounts.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, finance, logistics, production and other management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
  • Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones including customer quarterly performance review.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Process customer requirements on a timely manner based on company standard procedure and customers’ expectations.
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
  • Communicate clear progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholder on forecast management and account progress report.
  • Assist with high sensitivity request or issue escalations as needed. ϖ Other responsibilities which may be assign by immediate superior.
