Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Analyzes service calls and appropriately allocates field technicians accordingly per response time standards daily.
  • Reviews field service records to audit and validate Field Technician’s diagnostic and evaluation/recommendation based on reported problems.
  • Ordering of spare parts and other consumables are submitted.
  • Conducts visit or personal meetings with Clients requiring high level technical support to prevent serious problems such as cancellation, formal complaints, etc.
  • Conducts technical training for continuous acquisition of competency of field technicians in collaboration with Technical Manager.
  • Ensures that the team is trained on new models.
  • Evaluates the training needs for improvement (technical/soft skills)
  • Prepares consolidated reports of the team for submission to department head & president.
  • Reviews attendance records of his team and provide recommendations in terms of promotion, incentives, discipline, etc.

Job Summary

  • Research, design and create effective training programs/ sessions that will be provided to all employees for them to be more effective and productive.
  • Facilitate in-house trainings/ sessions to all employees both in DOSC and DBIC.
  • Evaluate trainees’ performances and provide constructive/ developmental feedback. Also, ensure all training programs/ plans/ schedules are listed and recorded.
  • Create “Training Plan and Schedule” for the newly hired personnel. Coordination with the line managers is required in this aspect.
  • Conduct “Training Needs Analysis” to identify the training gaps and requirements needed to address.
