Job Description:

  • Acting as the client advocate and charged with maximizing customer satisfaction, account penetration and profitability in selected accounts, this position is directly responsible for the coordination and orchestration of all internal resources
  • Establishes productive and professional relationships with key personnel (stakeholder and executive sponsors) in assigned customer accounts.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, finance, logistics, production and other management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.

Job Summary:

  • Resolve escalated and priority issues;
  • Develop and improve problem resolution processes;
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and sustain reliable client support;
  • Set specific customer service standards;
  • Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement;
  • Develop timely reports on help desk team’s productivity;

Qualifications

  • Experience in doing repair and maintenance of office machines especially laser printer is a plus factor
  • Has strong customer service orientation
  • Has valid Professional Driver’s license to drive motorcycle and/or 4-wheeled vehicles
  • Preferably male ,Dependable , trustworthy and loyal

Job Summary

  • The position is responsible in performing repair and maintenance of copier machines deployed in clients:
  • Ensures that copier machines are ready to be used in its acceptable performance level as specified by Customer Service Level Agreement; complies with total quality customer service standards.
  • Provides technical support to sales department in product demonstration; performs other responsibilities to meet overall goals/objectives of the company.
  • Experience in doing repair and maintenance of office machines especially laser printer is a plus.
